1. EYES: Any donated tuber must have an eye. We have a reputation to uphold! (if you are not sure other members will be happy to assist)

2. CLASSIFY: Donated tubers must be labeled with proper classification.  Use the ADS classification guide or CDS library to assist.  If no classification exists,  mark: “Not classified.” 

3. LABEL: List Class, Size, Form & Color.  Ideally, include an image.   Click here for an easy to use CANVA template.

4. BAG:  Place tuber in baggie and attach label.

5. MYSTERY TUBERS:  Package 5 of these tubers/bag for our ‘mystery bags’

6. LIST: Please provide a list of the total varieties and number of tubers being donated.

7. DROP OFF:  Donations will be accepted at the Earth Day sale, April 19th at Washington Park from 9-11am. Alternatively, you can also drop off your labelled tubers on April 11th or April  18th at the following locations:

·  MONTGOMERY: Lantz residence - 7846 Westwind Ln 45242 (Back Porch)

·  LIBERTY TOWNSHIP:  Williamson residence - 7133 Paul Lane 45044  (Side Porch, top of driveway)

·  HYDE PARK:  Striker residence: 3468 Arnold Street 45208 (Front Door)
