Cincinnati Dahlia Society Board:

Beth Lantz- President, Lisa Striker- Vice President, Treasurer- Mark Neel, Secretary- Lisa Williamson, Board Members- Beth Koss, Nan Matheson, Mabel Limone

 

1.     Board discussed final changes to Cincinnati Dahlia Society Bi Laws.  Final document will be sent out by secretary to all members and then once approved can be uploaded to dropbox. 

 

2.     First meeting- February 15, 2:00

 

·       We will ask members to get photo taken to put in member portal section of our website. (Alex, Lisa will bring whiteboard for names, cookies for 100)

·       Nametags can be printed to pick up at each meeting to take attendance. Sign-in will also be on the welcome table.  Nan will man the welcome table.

·       There will be a QR code for members that have already joined to take the survey.  (Lisa S)

·       Ice Breaker- (Mabel)

·       Introduce the Board.

·       First time meeting attendees can be introduced and say what area of town they are from.

·       Lisa W will order a gift for a drawing for our first time members.  Raffle.

·       Schedule of events for the year. 

·       Tour of the website (Lisa S)

·       Committees- ask for volunteers (Lisa W) Tuber Sale- Alex, Online Tuber Sale- Beth, Show Committee-Jackie, Judges committee- Mark, Hospitality Committee- Beth L, Individual program volunteers (Lisa) including name and email.  Field trip, designing dahlias, Khron exhibitition- Haley Huge, dividing dahlias, Banquet (Lisa S)

 

3.     Send notice to new people who have shown interest in joining from Khron and Show sign-ups.  Mabel and Lisa S
